Degroof Gestion Institutionnelle-Luxembourg is a limited company incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg. Its main object is the collective management of UCITS approved in accordance with directive 85/611/EEC, as well as the management of other UCI. The collective management activities in respect of UCITS and UCI include portfolio management, administration and marketing. It may in addition provide discretionary portfolio management services for institutional clients. The Company is a subsidiary of Banque Degroof Luxembourg S.A., part of Banque Degroof.
